Job summary

The role spans on-premise and cloud ecosystems to ensure reliable IT operations. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in IT administration, strong AD, Azure, Intune, policy creation, and audits experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of IT administration, infrastructure, or IT operations experience.
• Experience in enterprise on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Experience creating and maintaining IT policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
• Experience supporting ISO 27001/SOC 2 audits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
• Administer Intune, endpoints, user access, provisioning, and security controls.
• Manage IT incidents, problems, and changes using ServiceNow ITSM and ensure SLA compliance.
• Monitor infrastructure using SolarWinds, Splunk, or Datadog.
• Oversee backup, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity (BCP) activities.
• Maintain IT assets, software licenses, vendors, and infrastructure documentation.
• Create, maintain, review, and update company IT policies, SOPs, standards, and procedures.
• Ensure IT policies and controls align with ISO 27001, SOC 2, SOX, and security requirements.
• Support internal and external audits and provide required compliance evidence.
• Identify infrastructure and security risks and implement continuous improvements.

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
