Gratitude Inc in Chennai is seeking a Global Benefits Specialist with 7–12 years of experience in global benefits, payroll, pensions, health insurance, vendor management, and Workday/Darwin/ServiceNow. Salary up to 9 LPA and on-site work from the Chennai office.

Ex-TCS employees are not eligible. The ideal candidate will manage global benefits programs, coordinate with vendors, and leverage Workday or similar platforms to ensure accurate payroll and benefits administration.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in global benefits and payroll.
• Experience with pensions, health insurance, and vendor management.
• Hands-on with Workday, Darwin or ServiceNow.
• Salary up to 9 LPA; office-based in Chennai.
