Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in multi-country payroll, with 5+ years in EMEA.
• Hands-on Workday payroll integrations (Connector, PECI, PICOF).
• Hands-on ServiceNow (SNOW) for case management.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA statutory rules, tax, social contributions, GDPR, and payroll calendars.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly payroll processing across multiple countries with accuracy and compliance (tax, social security, pensions).
• Establish governance, audit readiness and adherence to local regulations; manage GDPR requirements and data privacy.
• Own and optimize payroll integrations and validations of data flow through Workday Connector, PECI, PICOF.
• Manage payroll service requests, incident triage, and knowledge base via ServiceNow; track SLAs and continuous improvement.
• Oversee external payroll providers; handle governance and drive performance.
• Engage HR, Finance, Compliance, and Country Leaders; provide dashboards and executive updates.
• Handle transitions, lead new country go-live and payroll transformation projects; manage parallel testing and KT.
• Develop metrics and reports and drive insights from payroll data.
