Job summary

Mendu Enterprise Private Limited is seeking a GIS Engineer for Telecom & OFC in Hyderabad with 3+ years of experience. You will prepare and maintain GIS data, maps and documentation to support telecom projects.

Responsibilities include field data verification, KMZ/KML updates, route planning and coordination with survey teams. The role requires accuracy, teamwork and timely delivery across locations in PAN India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in GIS, Geomatics, Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 3 years GIS experience in Telecom/OFC or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of ArcGIS, QGIS and AutoCAD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update KMZ/KML files based on field execution and approved layouts.
• Develop route alignment plans and as-built GIS drawings for Telecom & OFC projects.
• Verify field survey data, GPS coordinates and route information before final documentation.
• Maintain GIS databases, asset records and network documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with survey teams, site engineers and project managers for timely data collection.
• Update GIS records based on project revisions and field changes.
• Generate maps, reports and client-ready documentation.
• Maintain version control and archive GIS records for future reference.
• Support audits, project handover and client submissions with complete GIS documentation.
