Job summary

Hdfc Bank is seeking a Training Manager to design and implement training for GIB channel stakeholders in Mumbai, enabling channel growth through structured learning and onboarding programs.

The role trains the GIB sales team and RBB staff, identifies training needs, develops onboarding sessions and e-learning, creates a training video repository, coordinates with L&D and product teams, and measures ROI with monthly progress updates to seniors.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate / MMS / MBA required.
• 10+ years MIS / Channel Management experience in banking.
• Exposure to Audit, Process, Compliance in Banking.
