Job Purpose:
To achieve annual budgeted business numbers for CASA Value, NAV, Number of Accounts, and Fixed Deposits with a team of Sales Officers in the assigned geographical area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve NAV, Numbers and TD plans and Monitor Balance build ups: Ensure achievement of budgets for CASA Value, NAV, Numbers, and FD; meet Sales Officer productivity; build account balances by cross-selling products like Online collection and Payments, payment gateway, Enet, CMS/eCMS; track and activate inactive accounts.
- Market Scoping and Segmentation: Scope and segment the market for CASA and TD accounts; ensure team has a list of all Government Departments, Schemes, and institutions in the territory; personally meet potential customers to analyze requirements and provide customized solutions; ensure team is updated on documentation for Govt. and Institutional CASA, FD, and FCRA accounts.
- Staffing and Productivity: Ensure budgeted sales executives are onboard; complete HR formalities for new recruitment; provide training and updates on documentation and PLP structure; motivate sales officers to achieve targets.
- Branch Support: Understand catchment details; track and facilitate budgeted branches with zero Government and Institutional accounts; ensure accounts are opened within specified TATs; assist branches in converting leads; conduct joint calls with RMs/PBs/BMs.
- Relationship management and Increase Wallet Share: Meet customers regularly to understand needs and offer viable solutions; liaise with product team for necessary approvals; update product team on competition offerings.
- Joint meeting with Branch Banking: Conduct regular weekly/monthly meetings with Branch Managers/Cluster Heads; update on business status; create and implement plans/strategies for each branch/cluster with CH.
