Gratitude India Pvt Ltd is seeking German-speaking HR Operations Associates to support global Hire-to-Retire services. The role covers HR helpdesk, Workday transactions, onboarding, offboarding, L&D administration and employee lifecycle support. German B2 proficiency is mandatory, and candidates must have German mentioned on their CV.

Ideal candidates may have HR Shared Services experience, and current or former TCS/Tata employees are ineligible. Graduation is compulsory for applicants.
