Job summary

AXA Global Business Services in Pune seeks a candidate to support travel assistance claims. The role involves registering, verifying, and evaluating claims across STRADA and Intertours, processing payments for travel-related expenses, and meeting daily targets with high quality.

Educational qualification includes any graduate with C1 German language knowledge. Strong communication, time management, Excel and PowerPoint skills, and teamwork are essential; knowledge of insurance is advantageous.

• Ability to Identify, facilitate and implement process improvement ideas to improve efficiency & gain productivity
