Job summary

Capgemini in India is seeking a senior Genesys Cloud Architect to configure, administer, and optimize Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) environments. You will design Architect call flows, IVR applications, queues, and routing strategies.

You will monitor performance, troubleshoot production issues, manage user roles, and integrate with external systems using APIs and web services, collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 23 years of hands-on Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) experience.
• Architect Flow Design, ACD Routing & Queue Management, IVR Development.
• User and Role Administration, reporting, and API/integration knowledge.
