Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services is seeking a skilled Genesys Cloud CX Developer in Bengaluru to design, configure, and optimize contact center solutions. You will build Architect flows for voice and digital channels, implement IVR and self-service experiences, and integrate with CRMs and external systems.

You will work closely with solution architects, QA, and PMs to ensure high-quality deployments, support UAT and bug fixes, and maintain comprehensive configuration documentation across environments.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience developing on Genesys Cloud CX.
• Hands-on experience with voice routing, call flows, callback flows, web messaging, and email interactions.
• Proficient in building Architect flows, configuring queues, skills, wrap-up codes, and agent groups.
• Understanding of data actions, REST APIs and integrating external systems with Genesys Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Genesys Cloud Architect flows for voice and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure Genesys Cloud Architect flows for voice (inbound, outbound, callback) and digital channels (chat, email, messaging, web messaging).
• Implement routing strategies, IVR menus, call flows, and self-service experiences based on business requirements.
• Integrate Genesys Cloud with external systems such as CRMs (Salesforce, MS Dynamics), databases, or third-party APIs using data actions and Lambdas.
• Assist in deploying and customizing chatbots and voicebots using Genesys Bot Flows or integrations with 3rd-party bot platforms.
• Work closely with solution architects, QA, and project managers to deliver high-quality, scalable contact center solutions.
• Support UAT testing, bug fixing, and deployment of features across environments.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, data actions, and solution components.
