3 days/week from office (Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, or Pune), 2 days remote

We're hiring Senior Genesys Cloud CX Developers to design and build Genesys Cloud CX solutions for a leading global IT services company for a major global client overseas. This is a hands‑on build role for engineers who have taken Genesys Cloud CX solutions from design through to production — not a configuration or support‑only position.

Experience

4+ years hands‑on specifically on Genesys Cloud CX (not legacy Engage/PureConnect), within a broader contact‑centre/CX background. We're hiring at two levels — experienced hands‑on developers (mid‑to‑senior) and senior solution owners who also lead end‑to‑end design and stakeholder conversations. This is not a junior role; we want proven delivery on live Cloud CX environments. Cloud CX depth matters more to us than total years.

What you'll do

Design and develop across the Genesys Cloud CX platform — architect flows (inbound, in‑queue, outbound, bot/digital), ACD and routing strategies, Data Actions and API integrations, CRM connectivity, and conversational bots. Senior hires will additionally own solutions end‑to‑end, including architecture decisions, production troubleshooting, and client‑facing conversations.

Core Skills we're looking for

• Hands‑on Genesys Cloud CX (not PureConnect/Engage)
• Genesys Architect flow development across flow types — flow logic, variables/data handling, error handling, reusable modules
• Data Actions and external API integration; Genesys Cloud REST APIs and event‑driven design
• Conversational bots with hands‑on GENESYS DIALOGUE ENGINE experience (NLU/NLP, intent/entity design, bot‑to‑agent handoff), AI Capabilities in Bots
• Grounding in IVR/IVA design, omnichannel, SIP/telephony/WebRTC, and AWS/cloud basics
• Strong English and client‑facing communication

Nice to haves

• Genesys Cloud certification (GCP — Implementation, Developer, or Architect)
• Insurance / BFSI domain, or integrations with Guidewire, payment gateways, or mainframes
• Reporting & analytics, speech analytics
