Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance.
  
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (AS) and internal controls to maintain transparency and integrity of financial data.
  
• Develop and implement effective strategies for cash flow management, investment opportunities, and risk mitigation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15-24 years of experience in finance & accounting role from manufacturing industry.
  
• B.Com degree in Any Specialization; Chartered Attorney qualification preferred but not mandatory
  
• Strong expertise in accountancy, accounting principles, auditing standards (AS), balance sheet finalisation, budgetary control etc.
