RPG Group in Mumbai, India, seeks a strategic leader to translate the organization's vision into actionable business plans and to drive cross-functional initiatives across the company.

You will establish governance, develop KPIs, prepare executive summaries, and lead or support strategic projects with clear milestones and outcomes to enable analytics-led decision making.

• Support the Managing Director in translating the organization's vision and strategic priorities into actionable business plans.
• Drive the development, tracking and execution of strategic initiatives across functions.
• Conduct business and market analysis to identify growth opportunities, risks, competitive trends and improvement areas.
• Establish and manage a structured business performance review and governance framework.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across critical business functions.
• Prepare periodic management dashboards, MIS and executive summaries for the Managing Director and senior leadership.
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly business reviews and ensure closure of agreed action points.
• Identify and drive transformation opportunities across business processes and functions.
• Lead or coordinate cross-functional improvement projects with clear objectives, milestones and expected business outcomes.
• Evaluate opportunities for process automation, digitalization and analytics-led decision-making.
• Develop data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Analyse business performance, profitability, cost structures, productivity and other relevant business metrics.
• Develop dashboards and management reports to provide visibility on critical business parameters
• Lead or support strategic projects assigned by the Managing Director.
• Conduct structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis for complex business issues.
• Develop project plans, governance mechanisms and implementation roadmaps.
