The role focuses on defining metrics, tracking KPIs, and communicating progress through executive summaries and concise reports, while enabling digital transformation and continuous improvement within the business unit.

Drive Business Operations & Strategy Execution

• Support and manage strategic initiatives that improve productivity and efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with engineering, finance, and HR teams to align on business priorities.
• Ensure that programs and projects are well-coordinated and achieve intended results.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Define and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
• Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for leadership review.

Executive Communication

• Create executive-level presentations , strategic summaries, and updates for leadership meetings.
• Manage internal communications such as newsletters or updateshighlighting team progress and accomplishments.

Operational Excellence & Transformation

• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend data-driven improvements .
• Support digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives within the business unit.
