Job summary

NCL Buildtek Limited in Hyderabad, Telangana seeks an ultra-experienced R&D leader for decorative and enamel paints. You will shape the R&D vision, drive innovation, and oversee end-to-end product development while managing labs, budgets, and IP Strategy.

You will mentor a large team of chemists and engineers, collaborate across functions, ensure regulatory compliance, and align products with market needs and customer expectations. Relevant PhD or master’s preferred.

• PhD or master's in chemical disciplines with extensive R&D leadership.
• 20+ years of experience in Decorative & Enamel Paints R&D.
• Strong expertise in water-based and solvent-based coating technologies.
• Proven track record in new product development, innovation, and commercialization.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities
