Job summary

Rangmanch Farms in Gurugram district near Delhi seeks an experienced Fit Out & Projects Manager to own on-ground execution for interior fit-outs, new development, and MEP coordination of a 365-day hospitality property.

The role requires end-to-end civil works, subcontractor management, cost tracking, and strong coordination with factories to ensure premium finishes, with regular site travel and six-day work weeks.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years hands-on fit-out/civil execution with top architects and interior designers.
• Proven project management skills: planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Knowledge of material rates and contractor rates.
• Experience reading technical drawings and preparing progress reports.
• On-site work six days a week across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end fit out execution: partitions, false ceilings, wall panelling, flooring, furniture, paint and finishes, glasswork, carpentry, cladding.
• New civil works: masonry, waterproofing, external development.
• MEP coordination with interiors sequence.
• Subcontractor management: BOQs, rate negotiation, work orders, measurements.
• Identify subcontractors, contractors, and factories for various works.
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance across rooms, conference rooms, and kitchens.
• Weekly plans, cost tracking and progress reporting to the founder.
• Frequent travel to factories, contractor workplaces, and material suppliers.

Rangmanch Farms is a 20-acre experiential theme park cum resort and farm-stay destination about 30 minutes from Delhi (via Dwarka Expressway). We've rooms for staycation, 80+ activities, conference facilities, and fast-growing corporate-offsite and school-programme business.

We are hiring a Fit Out & Projects Manager to own execution on the ground — interior fit outs, new development, MEP coordination, and the maintenance that keeps a 365-day property guest-ready (this role is for both new development and renovations).

Role Description

• End-to-end fit out execution: partitions, false ceilings, wall panelling, flooring, furniture, paint and finishes, glasswork, carpentry, cladding
• New civil works: masonry, waterproofing, external development
• MEP coordination with the interiors sequence
• Subcontractor management: BOQs, rate negotiation, work orders, measurements etc
• Identify sub-contractors, contractors, factories etc. and work with them for all type of works
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance across rooms, conference room, entire property including multiple restaurants and kitchen
• Weekly plans, cost tracking and progress reporting directly to the founder
• Frequent travel to factories, contractor workplace, material suppliers etc. to coordinate deliveries and project management

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of hands-on fit out / civil execution with top architects and interior designers
• Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination and experience of working with factories for factory finish quality
• Good knowledge of material rates and contractor rates
• Strong expeditor and expediting skills to manage procurement timelines, vendor follow-ups, and material delivery.
• Good knowledge of Delhi NCR market (including suppliers, contractors, sub-contractors, and material vendors)
• Hands-on experience of working with premium-finishes, wall claddings, multiple
• Experience in inspection activities to ensure construction quality, safety standards, and adherence to specifications.
• Skills in logistics management for coordinating supplies, equipment, and contractor movements across multiple on-site locations.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in hospitality, resort, farm, or leisure facility projects is highly desirable.
• Ability to read technical drawings, prepare progress reports, and use project management and MS Office tools.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work on-site 6 days a week and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation: 7–10 lakh CTC depending on profile, Hospitality or premium-commercial / branded retail fit out background preferred.
