Job Description

The Channel L&D Head for PNB Bancassurance will be responsible for strategizing, designing, and executing training initiatives aligned with business goals and the PNB partnership. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Alignment:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy tailored to the PNB Bancassurance channel, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and the PNB partnership.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify training needs across various levels—frontline staff, supervisors, and PNB bankers.
  • Design training roadmaps that address identified needs, focusing on enhancing sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
• Training Design & Delivery:
  • Oversee the creation of customized training modules, incorporating blended learning approaches (classroom, e-learning, on-the-job training).
  • Ensure training content is up-to-date, relevant, and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Implement programs aimed at improving new joiner productivity and reducing time-to-performance.
• Team Leadership & Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of RTH/RTMs & trainers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
