Job summary

Raise is building technology led financial products and infrastructure for India’s top 25Mn+ financially aware users. Our platform focuses on Insurance, and we are launching a role to lead the revenue engine at Raise.

As the General Manager, you will own end-to-end revenue across acquisition, conversion, and retention. This role requires strong P&L ownership, disciplined experimentation, and building durable growth systems within a regulated insurance environment.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of commission structures, insurer SLAs, payout models, and renewal economics.
• Experience scaling marketplace or aggregator models where supply-demand balance affects growth.
• Advanced grasp of funnel economics from traffic to issued premium and renewal.
• Ability to optimize insurer partnerships based on approval ratios, turnaround times, and payout efficiency.
• Data-driven forecasting aligning marketing investments with partner capacity and seasonal demand.
• Strategic leadership in building durable growth systems across performance, partnerships, distribution, and retention.

• Define and execute multi-channel growth across performance marketing, partnerships, offline distribution, and emerging offline/online channels.
• Optimize full funnel from lead generation to policy issuance and renewals.

• Ensure capital efficiency through revenue ownership, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Establish high-velocity experimentation across channels, pricing, packaging, and messaging.

As the General Manager, you will own the end-to-end revenue engine, driving scalable and profitable premium growth across acquisition, conversion, and retention. • Optimize the full funnel from lead generation to policy issuance and renewals, improving conversion rates and reducing drop-offs.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Underwriting, Sales, Operations, and Compliance to unlock scalable growth.
• Ensure capital efficiency through revenue ownership, forecasting, and dynamic budget allocation
• Establish a high-velocity experimentation culture across channels, pricing, packaging, and messaging.
