• Achievement of overall sales budget (Country wise and Category wise Volume/Value) monthly/quarterly/annually.
• Profitability - Country wise and overall profitability
• Preparation of Export Sales Budget along with ATL & BTL budget
• Overseas market visits for market mapping, distributor relationship management & assess the market scenario w.r.t. Elite products and its competition.
• New product development - Business plan for new products in terms of pricing, volume projections, and resources required BTL plans, etc.
• Order management through team for timely order dispatches.
• Stock Out report analysis reports of distributors and order management on timely basis.
• Budgetary review
• Manpower & other resources budgeting
