Responsibilities

• Contracts Management: Draft, review, and manage contracts for contractors, vendors, consultants, and suppliers. Handle work orders, agreements, rate analysis, and contractual documentation. Monitor contract compliance, variations, claims, and dispute resolution. Coordinate with legal and project teams for contract execution and closure.
• Billing Management: Verify contractor and subcontractor bills as per work progress. Monitor client billing, certification, payment tracking, and reconciliation. Ensure timely preparation and processing of RA bills and final bills. Maintain billing records and project-wise cost tracking.
• Estimation & Costing: Prepare project estimates, BOQs, budgeting, and cost analysis. Conduct quantity surveying and rate analysis for materials and labor. Review tender documents and participate in tendering processes. Analyze project costs and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with site teams, architects, consultants, purchase, and accounts departments. Monitor project budgets, material consumption, and financial progress. Prepare MIS reports and present project cost status to management. Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality, and budget targets.
