Job summary

Authentic Group of Companies is seeking a senior Estimation Lead to drive TBCB transmission projects across India. You will head WOS and route surveys and prepare tender cost estimates for competitive bids.

Applicants should have 18+ years of experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with Design/Engineering and Tendering teams to finalize accurate estimates and timely submissions.

Qualifications

• B.E. (Civil/Electrical) or equivalent.
• 18+ years’ experience in TBCB transmission line estimation.

Responsibilities

• Lead WOS and route surveys for transmission projects.
• Prepare and validate tender cost estimates.
• Optimize route, tower quantities, foundations, and project costs.
• Coordinate with Design/Engineering and Tendering teams.
• Present estimates and ensure timely bid submissions.
