Job summary

ZF in Hyderabad, India seeks a senior engineer to lead and mentor the system test validation team, aligning with global validation strategy. You will collaborate with global management, OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers to drive high-quality validation across projects, while fostering continuous improvement and adherence to ASPICE standards.

The role demands strong leadership, engineering excellence, and excellent stakeholder communication to deliver on time with quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant engineering experience, including team leadership or project leadership.
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive embedded systems and Testing, preferably ADAS.
• Solid understanding of Vehicle level Validation as well as SIL/HIL testing.
• Knowledge of ASPICE, ISO 26262, NCAP, homologation and safety/quality processes.
• Experience working with OEMs/Tier-1 suppliers. Understanding of automotive lifecycle and V-model.
• Proven people management, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities.
• Process-driven mindset with a focus on execution and results.
