Job summary

BabyBillion, located in Bengaluru, is seeking a smart and active generalist for an internship. This role offers direct collaboration with the Founder and diverse responsibilities in daily operations, departmental communication, and general support tasks.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or a final-year student, possessing strong communication skills in English and a proactive attitude. High performers may transition into full-time roles. A stipend based on capability will be provided for this hands-on experience.

The BabyBillion App is a fast-growing learning and entertainment platform for children aged 2–8 years, offering engaging videos, stories, music, and educational content in a safe and child-friendly environment. We're a lean team moving quickly across product, content, growth, and operations – and we're building the connective tissue to scale.

About the role

We’re looking for a very smart, very active generalist who wants maximum learning in minimum time. You’ll work directly with the leaders on the daily operations of the company - no department silo, no narrow lane. One day you might be coordinating with the content team, the next you’re digging into a payments report, drafting a partner email, or chasing down why a project slipped.

We don’t offer a structured internship with a fixed curriculum. If you want to see how a startup actually runs from the inside, it’s the best seat in the house.

What you’ll do

• Daily operations: Work closely with the Founder on whatever the day requires - tracking priorities, following up on tasks, preparing notes and summaries, keeping things moving.
• Departmental communication: Help relay updates, requests, and decisions between engineering, content, growth, and ops teams. Make sure messages land and follow-ups happen.
• General support: Jump into anything across the organization - research, data pulls, document drafting, vendor coordination, testing the app, organizing files, or whatever else needs a sharp pair of hands.
• Learn fast, contribute faster: Within a few weeks you should be independently owning small workstreams end to end.

What we’re looking for

• A genuinely smart, curious, high-energy person - recent graduate or final-year student from any discipline.
• Excellent communication in English (Hindi is a plus); you write clearly and respond fast.
• Strong ownership instincts: you don’t wait to be told twice, and you close loops.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, docs, and basic data; bonus points if you already use AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT in your daily work.
• Bias for action over perfection, and the resilience to handle a fast, sometimes unstructured environment.
