Job summary

Vibehackers in Pune seeks a Senior Gen AI Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases. You will build multi-agent systems, MCP integrations, RAG workflows, and production-grade services.

You will collaborate with ML, data, and product teams to implement scalable backend APIs in Python and AWS, manage AI workloads in production, and participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of software development, ML, and AI solutions.
• 3+ years hands-on Generative AI app development; at least 6 months on Agentic AI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar frameworks.
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and agent communication frameworks.
• Strong Python skills for AI backend development.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering and AI orchestration.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services and production AI deployments.
• Experience with Git, APIs, microservices and distributed systems.
• Excellent analytical, debugging and communication skills in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases.

• Hands‑on experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar Agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and agent communication frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in Python for AI application development and backend engineering.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration techniques.
