You will collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers to deploy LLM-based applications, implement RAG workflows, and optimize model performance while adhering to AI safety and documentation standards.

Qualifications

48 years of relevant experience in AI/ML and Generative AI development.
Strong hands-on Python programming skills.
Strong knowledge of AI, ML, NLP, and Deep Learning.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Foundation Models, Transformers, and BERT-style models.
Strong experience developing RAG solutions.
Experience with vector databases, embeddings, document ingestion, and semantic search.
Experience with Prompt Engineering, LLM APIs, model integration, and LLM app development.
Hands-on experience with Agentic AI and frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, ADK, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
Practical knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Understanding of model training, evaluation, optimization, and metrics.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, optimize, and maintain AI, Generative AI, LLM, and Agentic AI solutions.
Design and build Agentic AI systems supporting autonomous reasoning, multi-step task execution, tool use, and decision-making workflows.
Develop RAG-based applications using embeddings, vector databases, document ingestion, and semantic search.
Work with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, technical requirements, and innovative AI solutions.
Conduct experimentation, model evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, and performance optimization.
Build LLM-powered applications using prompt engineering, model integration, APIs, and retrieval techniques.
Stay updated with GenAI, LLMs, Deep Learning, NLP, and Agentic AI.
Create clear technical documentation covering models, experiments, processes, outcomes, deployment decisions, and results.
Communicate complex AI/ML concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Guide team members, review designs, and contribute to collaborative engineering culture.

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced AI & Generative AI / Agentic AI Developer to join our team and build innovative Generative AI and Agentic AI models and applications. The candidate will work closely with Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and Researchers to develop, implement, optimize, and deploy LLM-based and foundational AI solutions across domains such as Banking, Retail, Communications, and other enterprise verticals.

Key Responsibilities

Must-Have Skills

48 years of relevant experience in AI/ML and Generative AI development.

Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, NLP, and Deep Learning.
Hands‑on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Foundation Models, Transformers, and BERT‑style models.
Strong experience developing RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) solutions.
Experience with vector databases, embeddings, document ingestion, and semantic search.
Experience with Prompt Engineering, LLM APIs, model integration, and LLM application development.
Hands‑on experience with Agentic AI and frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, ADK, Semantic Kernel, AgentSpace, or similar.
Experience with at least one ML framework such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
Practical knowledge of at least one cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Understanding of model training, evaluation, optimization, overfitting, hyperparameter tuning, and performance metrics.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with GANs, VAEs, or Reinforcement Learning.
Computer Vision experience including object detection, image segmentation, model training, and evaluation.
Experience with fine‑tuning, quantization, model compression, latency reduction, and cost optimization.
Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps, model lifecycle management, evaluation, observability, governance, and monitoring.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, scalable deployment, and cloud infrastructure.
Experience deploying secure, scalable, production‑grade GenAI applications with reliability, access control, and compliance considerations.
Domain experience in Banking, Retail, Communications, or similar enterprise industries.
