Job summary

Rockman in India is seeking an experienced professional to design core boxes for GDC/LPDC aluminium casting applications. You will develop core box concepts based on component and casting requirements and ensure dimensional accuracy, parting, venting and core removal feasibility.

The role requires strong CAD skills with UG NX (preferred) and other software like CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD, along with 3-8 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in core box design or related die casting tooling.
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree (or equivalent).
• Proficiency in UG NX (preferred) CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Design core boxes for GDC/LPDC aluminium casting applications.
• Develop core box concepts based on component and casting requirements.
