About Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing Infrastructure-as-Code solutions, establishing cloud foundations, and creating reusable automation frameworks to support our enterprise cloud infrastructure. Your expertise will be crucial in driving our cloud automation strategy and ensuring the efficient management of multi-environment infrastructures.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement Terraform architecture and module design to facilitate Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
• Develop and execute an infrastructure automation strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
• Provision and govern cloud platforms, ensuring compliance with best practices and security standards.
• Manage multi-environment infrastructure setups, ensuring seamless operations across development, testing, and production environments.
• Implement cloud networking and Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to enhance security and governance.
• Establish Infrastructure CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes and improve efficiency.
• Automate security and compliance checks to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Conduct infrastructure validation and testing to ensure reliability and performance.
• Support migration environment onboarding and provide assistance during migration processes.
• Implement Blue-Green deployment setups to minimize downtime and enhance application availability.
• Provide ongoing migration support to ensure successful transitions to cloud environments.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.
• Proficient in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud networking.
• Experience with IAM implementation and infrastructure automation frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to build reusable infrastructure modules for enterprise-grade cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure CI/CD practices and multi-environment provisioning.
• Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Terragrunt for managing Terraform configurations.
• Familiarity with security tools such as Checkov and tfsec.
• Understanding of Cloud Armor for enhanced security measures.
• Basic knowledge of Python for scripting and automation tasks.
• Experience with Disaster Recovery (DR) automation processes.

Expertise You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. You should have 5-8 years of experience in Infrastructure Automation, Cloud Engineering, and Platform Engineering, with a strong focus on Infrastructure as Code. Your ability to design and implement robust cloud solutions, coupled with your expertise in Terraform and GCP, will be essential in driving our cloud initiatives forward.
