Job summary

πby3 is a cloud transformation company seeking a GCP Engineer with expertise in Google Cloud Platform, Terraform, and GKE. The role requires hands-on experience with Landing Zones, governance, security, troubleshooting, cost optimization, and scalable cloud infrastructure.

You will design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on GCP while automating operations and supporting multi-cloud environments. The ideal candidate has 6+ years IT experience with 3+ years GCP, proficiency in Terraform,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT experience with 3+ years hands-on GCP experience.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and module creation.
• Experience with GCP Landing Zone implementation (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Microservices, and Cloud Governance/Security.
• Experience in cloud cost optimization and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, including reusable modules.
• Manage and support GKE, Compute Engine, IAM, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Logging, and Monitoring services.
• Implement and support GCP Landing Zones, cloud governance, and security best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to GKE, IAM, VPC-SC, Cloud SQL, and networking.
• Automate cloud operations using Cloud Functions and other GCP-native services.
• Monitor cloud resources and drive cost optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support multi-cloud environments (GCP/AWS/Azure).
