Job summary

πby3 is seeking a seasoned GCP Engineer to design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform. You will develop IaC with Terraform, manage GKE and related services, and implement Landing Zones with governance and security best practices.

You will troubleshoot complex GCP issues, automate operations with Cloud Functions, and drive cost optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a multi-cloud environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years IT experience with 3+ years hands-on GCP.
• Hands-on with Terraform and GCP services.
• GCP Landing Zone implementation mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and microservices.
• Cloud governance and security expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, including reusable modules.
• Manage and support GKE, Compute Engine, IAM, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Logging, and Monitoring services.
• Implement and support GCP Landing Zones, cloud governance, and security best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to GKE, IAM, VPC-SC, Cloud SQL, and networking.
• Automate cloud operations using Cloud Functions and other GCP-native services.
• Monitor cloud resources and drive cost optimization initiatives.

• Experience in GCP Landing Zone implementation (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Microservices Architecture, and Cloud Governance/Security.
• Experience in Cloud Functions automation, troubleshooting, and cloud cost optimization
