• Optimize line balancing, manpower allocation, and machine utilization.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with PPC, Cutting, Quality, IE, Maintenance, Finishing, and Packing teams.
• Minimize rejection, rework, alteration, and production losses.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery schedules.
• Lead, train, and manage production supervisors, operators, and helpers.
• Prepare and review daily production/MIS reports and performance KPIs.
