Job summary

Rohaan Constructions Private Limited is seeking a Funding Manager in Chennai who can drive complex real estate finance deals. You will own end-to-end funding from banks, NBFCs and HFCs, structuring milestones and drafting supporting data packages.

You will negotiate terms, secure funding, and build durable lender relationships across Chennai and national institutions. A strong background in project finance and DSCR/IRR analysis is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in real estate project finance or NBFC/HFC credit.
• CA / MBA Finance / CFA preferred.
• Existing lender relationships in Chennai (SBI, HDFC, Axis, Sundaram etc.).
• Strong command of financial modelling, DSCR & IRR analysis.
• South Chennai project exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities
