Job summary

Goel Ganga Group in Pune seeks a seasoned Project Finance Lead to manage project accounting, budgeting and cash flow for ongoing real estate developments.

You will monitor profitability, handle bank/NBFC funding, and produce MIS dashboards while ensuring GST and statutory compliance. Strong Excel, ERP experience and team leadership are essential. The role requires excellent analytical skills and proactive stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in real estate/construction finance.
• Strong knowledge of project accounting and project finance.
• Experience with bank/NBFC funding and lender reporting.
• Excellent Excel, MIS and analytical skills.
• ERP experience such as SAP, Oracle, Zoho, Highrise, In4 Velocity or similar.
• Strong communication and team-management skills.
