Job summary

JK Urbanscapes Developers Ltd. in India seeks a finance professional to manage project funding, loan documentation, and disbursement. You will coordinate with banks and internal teams, prepare cash flow and fund utilisation reports, and support budgeting and feasibility analyses.

The role requires strong real estate project finance knowledge, MBA Finance, and hands-on experience in real estate funding. This is an on-site position in Delhi.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Real Estate Project Finance, Funding & Banking Coordination with excellent Excel and analytical skills.
• MBA Finance (Full Time Mandatory)
• Real Estate experience is mandatory
