Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Fund Manager / Business Head for an upcoming PMS platform based in Mumbai. This senior, end-to-end role carries overall responsibility for setting up, managing, and scaling the PMS, with a CEO-level mandate for the investment platform.

The candidate will lead fundraising, manage investor relations, oversee deployment, and drive investment decisions across the portfolio, while ensuring compliance and risk management for the PMS.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of relevant buy-side investment experience.
• Prior experience in PMS / AIF / asset management preferred.
• Strong track record across investing, portfolio management, and exits.
• Ability to handle end-to-end ownership of an investment platform.
