Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks an accomplished executive to lead and scale its PMS business in India. You will oversee equity portfolios (long-only and long-short), drive AUM growth, and mentor the investment team to deliver strong performance.

The role requires 12–20 years’ fund management experience, leadership, and a proven track record in equity research, portfolio construction, and risk management, with SEBI governance adherence.
