Qualifications

• 815 years of experience in equity research / portfolio management.
• Strong track record in managing or contributing to Small & Midcap portfolios.
• Prior experience in Buy-side roles (PMS / AIF / Mutual Funds preferred).
• Deep understanding of Indian equity markets, especially Small & Midcap segment.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• High conviction, independent thinking, and strong decision-making ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
