Job summary

Capcon Consultants seeks a seasoned fund accounting professional to oversee the accounting and financial operations of our fund in Mumbai. You will prepare and distribute financial reports to investors and regulatory bodies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will also manage compliance with tax laws, SEBI regulations and GAAP, coordinating audits to close timely. Prior AIF experience and Big 4 exposure are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Experience with fund accounting or setting up a fund (AIF experience preferred).
• Big 4 audit exposure would be an added advantage.
