Job summary

ITC Infotech is seeking a QA Analyst specialized in Commercial Lending to validate end-to-end lending processes across Loan IQ and related platforms. You will perform functional, integration, regression, and API testing, design test scenarios, and ensure accurate data validation and defect management.

The role requires strong knowledge of banking domain, SQL data validation, and experience with Postman/JIRA/ALM/Octane.

Qualifications

• Experience in testing Commercial Lending applications and Loan IQ integrations.
• Ability to design and execute comprehensive test scenarios for end-to-end lending lifecycles.
• Strong debugging and defect triage skills across REST/SOAP services and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, system integration, regression, and API testing for Commercial Lending applications.
• Validate end-to-end lending lifecycle processes across Loan IQ and related platforms.
• Analyze requirements and create test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Execute tests including Bilateral and Syndicated Loans, Drawdowns and Repayments, and interest processing.
• Validate accounting entries and financial calculations for lending transactions.
• Conduct API testing using REST/SOAP and Postman; perform SQL data validation.
• Log and track defects using JIRA/ALM/Octane; support SIT, UAT, and production validation.
• Collaborate with BAs, developers, and stakeholders; apply AI-assisted testing for coverage.

• Analyze business requirements and create comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Execute tests covering:
  • Bilateral Loans
  • Syndicated Loans
  • Drawdowns & Repayments
  • Interest & Accrual Processing
  • Fees & Charges Management
  • Loan Servicing Workflows
• Validate accounting entries and financial calculations associated with lending transactions.
• Conduct API testing using REST/SOAP services and tools such as Postman.
• Perform SQL-based data validation and backend verification.
• Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA, ALM, or Octane.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production validation activities.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Leverage AI-assisted testing approaches for improved test coverage, requirement validation, and defect detection.
