Job summary

AMS seeks an experienced Functional Engineer / Business Analyst to support enterprise PLM applications. You will gather and translate requirements, create user stories, and drive delivery with IT, vendors, and stakeholders in Azure DevOps environments.

You should have strong BA capabilities, PLM experience, and exposure to APIs and integrated enterprise systems to ensure successful design and implementation of enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience in documenting functional requirements, user stories, and test scenarios.
• Hands-on experience with PLM tools (Infor Optiva, ASD ProductVision, or similar platforms preferred).
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar delivery tools.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data validation concepts.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in enterprise application environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

We are looking for an experienced Functional Engineer / Business Analyst to support and enhance enterprise applications within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to understand business requirements, design functional solutions, and drive successful delivery of application enhancements. Based on requirements from Functional Engineer Formulations.

The ideal candidate should possess strong business analysis capabilities, expertise in PLM applications, and experience working with Azure DevOps, APIs, and integrated enterprise environments.

• Understanding of BPMN, UML, ERD, or other process modeling techniques.
• Experience managing end-to-end business processes across integrated systems.
