Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant to provide L2/L3 production support and manage incidents, ensuring stable SAP CRM operations. You will be responsible for support of Sales, Service and Case Management processes, handling high-priority issues within SLA and performing root-cause analysis for permanent fixes.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of SAP CRM experience with ECC/S4HANA integration and middleware familiarity, plus strong

• Hands-on incident management and production support.
• Experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA integration.
• Understanding of middleware (CRM Middleware / CPI / PI).
• Experience handling customer-facing issues and complaints.
• Strong problem resolution and root cause analysis skills.
