Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an SAP CRM expert to drive best practices across CRM master data, marketing and service modules, with strong middleware and IDoc interface experience. Knowledge of utilities industry processes will be highly valued as you define customer program workflows and support end-to-end testing and issue resolution.

Responsibilities include configuring master data templates, ensuring data replication, and coordinating with third-party interfaces during implementation

Qualifications

• Provide subject matter expertise on SAP's best practices for SAP CRM business processes.
• Functional proficiency in SAP CRM master data, CRM marketing and CRM service; interfaces with third-party apps.
• Functional proficiency in SAP middlewares, IDoc interfaces, Master Data Template configurations and replications.
• Strong CRM domain knowledge, especially for Utilities industry.
• Deep understanding of the business processes behind customer programs.
• Define and execute unit, integration and regression test scripts; troubleshoot post-Go-Live issues.

Should have functional proficiency in SAP CRM master data, CRM marketing, CRM service and Interfaces with third party applications

Should have functional proficiency in SAP middlewares, IDoc interfaces, Master Data Template configurations and replications.

Should have good experience / strong domain knowledge CRM area specially with regards to Utilities industry.

Strong understanding of business processes behind customer programs

Define and execute unit test, integration test and regression test scripts to validate key end-to-end business scenarios and troubleshoot complex functional issues/bugs identified during implementation, testing, and post-Go Live Support
