Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Jaipur. The Content Creator will develop and produce engaging content across digital platforms, including social media posts, short videos, product descriptions, and brand stories that reflect Kasya.in’s aesthetic and values. Daily responsibilities include brainstorming and planning content calendars, collaborating with design and marketing teams, capturing photo and video content, and adapting visuals and copy for various channels. The role also involves monitoring content performance, refining ideas based on audience engagement, and maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual style. The Content Creator is expected to contribute original ideas, stay updated on fashion and content trends, and actively participate in on-site shoots and brand events.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in content creation for fashion or lifestyle brands, including social media posts, reels/short videos, and product storytelling.
• Ability to plan and organize content calendars, align content with campaigns, and collaborate with design and marketing teams.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in photo and video production (shooting, framing, and simple editing using common tools or apps).
• Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail, brand voice consistency, and audience engagement.
• Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) and current digital content trends.
• Strong visual sense and interest in fashion, styling, and aesthetics; prior experience in fashion or lifestyle is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Jaipur, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a small, creative team.
• Relevant education or training in communications, media, fashion, design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
