Job summary

Beyoung.in is seeking a Content Creator Intern who lives on the internet and turns ideas into engaging social-first content. You will work with the Social Media, Brand, Creative, Design and Video teams to craft content for Beyoung's Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms.

You'll gain hands-on experience in fashion-forward campaigns, trend research, on-camera shoots, scripting, and content production for product launches and social moments.

Qualifications

• Students or recent graduates interested in Content Creation, Social Media, Fashion, Marketing or Media.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels and current social media trends.
• Naturally creative with a strong sense of humour and storytelling.
• Comfortable being in front of the camera.
• Good communication and basic scripting/copywriting skills.
• Ability to quickly generate and execute content ideas.
• Strong understanding of Gen Z / youth culture and internet culture.
• Basic knowledge of CapCut, Canva or other editing/content tools.
• A portfolio, Instagram page, personal content or previous work is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create Instagram Reels, Stories, posts and short-form videos for Beyoung.
• Develop creative content ideas based on fashion, trends, memes, pop culture and youth culture.
• Participate in on-camera content and brand shoots when required.
• Research trending Reels, sounds, formats, memes and social conversations.
• Convert trends into content that feels relevant to the Beyoung brand and audience.
• Assist with scripting Reels, social videos and campaign content.
• Work with photographers, videographers, designers and editors during shoots.
• Support content creation for product launches, campaigns, offers and social media moments.
• Assist in creating behind-the-scenes, lifestyle and day-to-day brand content.
• Monitor content performance and identify what formats and ideas are working.
• Maintain a consistent understanding of Beyoung's tone, visual identity and communication style.
