Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Kota. The Social Media Content Creator will plan, create, and publish content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channels, aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Daily tasks include developing content calendars, writing captions and short-form copy, shooting and editing photos and videos, and creating simple graphics or visual assets. The role involves engaging with followers through comments and messages, monitoring trends and competitor activity, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to support promotions and campaigns. The Social Media Content Creator will also track basic performance metrics and recommend content improvements to increase reach and engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in social media content creation, including writing engaging captions, basic photo and video editing, and familiarity with major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp Business).
• Ability to develop and follow content calendars, understand brand positioning, and translate product features into clear, appealing stories for health, beauty, and personal care products.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as audience targeting, organic reach, and engagement, with an interest in learning social media analytics and performance tracking.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or local languages is an advantage for regional audience engagement.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple posts and campaigns simultaneously.
• Comfort working on-site in a retail/warehouse environment, coordinating with sales and operations teams to capture product-focused content.
• Prior experience in social media, content creation, or marketing is preferred; experience in the health, beauty, or personal care sector is a plus.
