Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The Content Creator will be responsible for planning, producing, and publishing engaging content across digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials. Daily tasks may include brainstorming concepts, writing and editing copy, capturing or coordinating visual content, and ensuring brand consistency in all communications. The role also involves collaborating with designers, marketers, and other team members to support campaigns, promotions, and brand storytelling. The Content Creator will monitor content performance, suggest improvements, and stay current with trends relevant to the company’s audience and industry.

Qualifications

• Ability to create clear, engaging written content for digital platforms, including social media posts, website copy, and marketing materials.
• Experience developing content plans, calendars, or basic content strategies aligned with brand goals and target audiences.
• Strong attention to detail in reviewing and refining content, with solid grammar, spelling, and editing skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, such as audience engagement, brand awareness, and platform-specific best practices.
• Proficiency with common content creation tools (e.g., word processing, presentation software; design or video tools are a plus).
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams on-site.
• Creative thinking, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Media, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
