• Design the data layer: partitioning, sharding strategy, replication topology, zero-downtime schema evolution.
• Lead major upgrades and migrations without freezing feature delivery.
• Define SLOs, error budgets, alerting policy and on-call practice; lead incident response and blameless postmortems.
• Own the delivery platform: CI/CD, progressive delivery, preview environments, DORA metrics.

L3 — Senior | 4+ Years Experience | Technical Interview & System Design Assessment

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience who has owned systems, not just features. The candidate should be able to architect services end to end, make and defend technology decisions under real constraints, scale and operate systems in production, lead incidents, and raise the engineering standard of the teams around them. We expect quantified reasoning (QPS, p99, cost), honest failure stories, and a bias toward simplicity.
