Job summary

LevelShift in Bengaluru is seeking a Full Stack Engineer (AI Native) to build and deploy scalable cloud-native applications using Java or Python, AWS, and AI-native engineering practices in a fast-paced, pod-based delivery model.

You will develop full stack apps, integrate AI-powered solutions with LLMs and agentic workflows, design APIs and microservices, and work within Agile teams to deliver sprint-based outcomes while upholding quality and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Java and/or Python.
• Full stack development experience across frontend and backend.
• Strong AWS experience including Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, S3.
• Experience with AI-assisted development, LLMs, and AI-native tooling.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong Agile practices and problem-solving skills.

Role: Build and deploy scalable cloud-native applications using Java/Python, AWS, and AI-native engineering practices in a fast-paced, pod-based delivery model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop full stack applications using Java and/or Python
• Build AI-powered solutions using LLMs, agentic workflows, and AI-assisted coding tools
• Design and develop APIs, microservices, and AWS-based solutions
• Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver sprint-based outcomes
• Follow engineering best practices for quality, scalability, and performance

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Java and/or Python
• Full stack development experience
