- Lead and manage cross-functional technology teams supporting Python and Generative AI initiatives
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members
- Drive technology initiatives and ensure successful delivery of projects

Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development, technology delivery, technology leadership, or related roles
- Strong technical expertise in Python and multiple areas of software development and technology
- Experience developing, implementing, and supporting Python-based applications
- Working knowledge of Generative AI concepts, large language models, AI solution patterns, and implementation considerations
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and project management tools
- Understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and infrastructure
- Knowledge of database management systems and data structures
- Experience across software development lifecycle practices, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Familiarity with source control, code review, testing, documentation, and release processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into Python and Generative AI technology solutions
- Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional technology teams and projects
- Ability to evaluate technology options based on business value, technical feasibility, security, cost, and maintainability
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered
- Experience with Generative AI, machine learning, data engineering, intelligent automation, or related technologies is preferred
- Certifications in cloud computing, Agile, Scrum, project management, AI, machine learning, or software architecture are preferred
- Complete Synechron-required training and maintain continuous professional development
- Understanding of secure software development, authentication, authorization, identity and access management, encryption, secrets management, and secure data handling
- Ability to consider security, privacy, and regulatory requirements during solution design and implementation
- Candidates may qualify through equivalent practical experience, relevant technical training, certifications, or a portfolio demonstrating Python and Generative AI capabilities
