Job summary

SG Oasis is seeking a Fulfilment Executive in Bangalore to ensure accurate, on-time dispatch of B2B orders. This hands-on role requires verification, quality checks, and coordination with Production, Supply Chain and Sales to meet daily fulfilment targets.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in order fulfilment or related ops, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 6-day weeks and rotating shifts may apply with lunch provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate (or Undergraduate) in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in order fulfilment, warehouse, dispatch, supply chain, customer service or operations.
• Experience in food, retail, FMCG, e-commerce or quick commerce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of all B2B order fulfilment activities from the dispatch area.
• Physically verify each B2B order for correctness, packaging and quality.
• Conduct QC checks in the CRM system and flag discrepancies.
• Coordinate end-to-end fulfilment from order confirmation to delivery.
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Operations and Sales to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor status, resolve bottlenecks, and escalate when needed.
• Maintain order records, invoicing documentation and dispatch trackers.
• Handle fulfilment-related customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain daily fulfilment reports and issue logs.
• Adhere to SOPs and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Job Description Fulfilment Executive

Role Purpose

The Fulfilment Executive is responsible for ensuring that every B2B order is dispatched accurately, on time, in full, and in accordance with the company's quality standards. This is a highly execution-oriented role that requires the incumbent to be stationed at the dispatch area, performing physical order verification, quality checks, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of all B2B order fulfilment activities from the dispatch area.
• Physically verify every B2B order prior to dispatch to ensure:
  • Correct product and quantity
  • Proper packaging
  • Compliance with quality standards
• Conduct quality control (QC) checks within the CRM system and promptly highlight any product or fulfilment discrepancies.
• Coordinate the end-to-end fulfilment process, from order confirmation through successful dispatch and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Monitor order status proactively and resolve fulfilment bottlenecks to avoid delays.
• Escalate inventory shortages, quality concerns, dispatch delays, or operational issues to the relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate documentation, invoicing, and maintenance of order records.
• Handle fulfilment-related customer queries and coordinate timely resolution with internal teams.
• Maintain daily fulfilment reports, dispatch trackers, and issue logs.
• Ensure adherence to fulfilment SOPs and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance dispatch accuracy and efficiency.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• On-Time Delivery (OTD): Ensure orders are dispatched and delivered within committed timelines.
• OTIF (On Time In Full): Ensure complete order fulfilment without shortages, damages, or misses.
• Order Accuracy & Quality: Dispatch orders with the correct products, quantities, packaging, and quality standards.
• Dispatch Accuracy: Minimize fulfilment errors and maintain high operational accuracy.
• Issue Resolution: Timely identification and resolution of fulfilment-related concerns.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate (or Undergraduate) in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in:

• Experience in Food & Beverage, QSR, Retail, FMCG, E-commerce, or Quick Commerce industries is preferred.
• Prior experience handling high-volume order fulfilment and warehouse/dispatch operations is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with a hands-on execution mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.

Working Requirements

• 6-day working week (including Saturdays).
• Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
• Tentative shift timings:
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Final shift allocation will be communicated upon selection and joining.
• Lunch will be provided at the work location.
