The platform supports both 1-on-1 and group learning models. It serves over 2,000 businesses, with notable clients including Bambinos, Network Kings, Sarva, and LSL.

The team is 35 people strong, fast-moving, and mission-driven. Engineers take real ownership and see the direct impact of their work.

Position Overview

As a Frontend Engineer, you will build and own production-ready features that power the core product experience for thousands of tutoring businesses. You'll work directly with product and design to translate requirements into clean, performant UI, and take full accountability from development through post-launch. This is a high-ownership role in a lean team where your work ships fast and matters immediately.

Role & Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into clean, functional, and responsive UI components with minimal back-and-forth
• Integrate frontend with REST APIs and handle async data flows reliably across scheduling, payments, and reporting surfaces
• Take full ownership of features from development through release and post-launch monitoring
• Continuously improve performance, accessibility, and code quality across the codebase
• Adapt to shifting product priorities without introducing regressions or accruing technical debt

Must Have Criteria

• 3+ years of hands-on production experience building with React
• Solid command of React hooks (useState, useEffect, useContext, custom hooks) and component architecture
• Proven experience integrating with REST APIs and managing async data in frontend applications
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive layout techniques
• Experience working in a B2B SaaS product environment
• Available to work onsite full-time from Bangalore

Nice to Have

• Experience building SaaS dashboards or admin panels with complex data tables and filters
• Hands-on frontend performance optimization — lazy loading, code splitting, memoization
• Familiarity with modern frontend tooling such as Vite, Webpack, or ESLint
• Exposure to state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit or Zustand
• Prior experience at a startup or early-stage SaaS company
